Thank you for purchasing Send a kiss, the fun, safe, quick and easy way to send a unique gift to your loved one. The fun part starts here, please read & follow the instructions carefully.

Contents of the box: 1 x instruction sheet, 2 x pots with lids each containing, 25g blue mint flavoured impression material, 80g white casting powder, 1 x Ribbon, 1 x Magnet, 1 x good wish Card, 1 x Sandpaper, 1 x Velour pouch 1 x plastic carving tool.

1 x fork, 1 x tea mug, 1 x watch/clock with a second hand, kitchen towel or tissue.

Make sure your lips are clean and free from lipsticks and balms. Do not work over carpets as both powders embed into all cloth and/or woven materials and are hard to remove. Use old clothes or wear an apron. Do not use if you have excessive facial hair. Piercings other than solid studs should be removed before you start. Do not use if you have a known allergy to mint.

It is essential that cold water is used, run your cold tap briefly. We have supplied two pots of impression material to allow for a his and hers to be made.

Your plaster kiss cast can be painted or sprayed in almost any paints or varnishes after 24 hours drying time.

If you place the magnet in your lip cast, your cast must be totally dry before you attach it to your fridge.

Empty the BLUE powder from ONE of the pots into tea mug (Fig 1). Clean the pot and use it to Add TWO pots of COLD water into the same mug (Fig 2). Then mix for no longer than 1 minute with a fork, mix thoroughly ensuring all the dry powder is eliminated and you have a soft, smooth, even paste (Fig 3). SPEED is of the essence, immediately pour the blue paste back into the empty pot, fill to the top (Fig 4). Tap the side of the pot a few times with a spoon to level and emit air bubbles from the solution, use finger tip to gently wipe the large bubbles aside.

Now immerse your lips as far as possible into the pot (without touching the bottom) for 90 seconds in the kissing position, try to keep still (Fig 5). After 90 seconds and/or when the solution has turned rubbery, gently remove your lips out of the blue mould material. You now have a negative copy of your lips; you can gently remove excess mould material, if any, with scissors or carefully tear it away.

Now open the bag of white plaster and tip only half of it into a clean bowl or tea mug, add 5 teaspoons of cold water into the plaster. Mix thoroughly with teaspoon to a smooth runny mix with no lumps. A few extra drops of water may be added to achieve this consistency.

Spoon the mixed plaster into your kiss impression, (Fig 6). Agitate or tap the side of the pot a few times with a teaspoon to level and emit air bubbles. You may now wish to dip the tail end of the supplied ribbon into the setting plaster to attach your card to later (fig 7). If you choose to add the fridge magnet to your kiss cast you can do so 3 or 4 minutes after the plaster mix has been poured into your mould, gently pressing it into the centre of your lip cast without fully immersing it, leave it slightly proud. The round magnet has a dimple on one side; this dimpled side must be face down into the plaster (Fig 7). Leave to stand at room temperature for 3 hours………………….You can then ease the whole mould with the kiss lip cast still intact from the pot, then carefully release the white kiss lip cast from the blue casting mould. Allow to dry for 24 hours.

When dry, gently remove rough edges and any imperfections with the supplied plastic carving tool and sand paper.

Finally attach the card to the other end of ribbon (Fig 8) to complete your original Send a Kiss by Ben`Je kiss.
