Contract Formation

No contract shall subsist between you and Ben`je for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Ben`je Ltd accepts your order by email confirmation.
That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Ben`je sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason and without reason. If we refuse to accept your order, we will notify you by email and issue you with a full refund.

Credit and debit card security

Ben`je Ltd strives to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. You can pay via Pay Pal or send a personal cheque (UK ONLY) Charges to your credit or debit card will show up on your statement as 'Ben`je'

Pricing.

All prices shown do not include Royal Mail postage to the United Kingdom. These costs are clearly shown separately on Pay Pal. Prices are subject to change at any time, and without prior warning. Prices are clearly displayed next to each product at the time of ordering. Orders being processed at the time of any price changes will remain unaffected. Packaging and colors may vary slightly to those shown, without warning due to variation of pigments and or contents.


Delivery

Ben`je aims to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation from Pay Pal or within 48 hours of your cheque clearing, and to deliver to UK addresses within seven working days (using either Royal Mail or Parcel force) from receipt of an order. However, this does not in any way constitute a guarantee, and Ben`je accepts no liability for losses resulting from late or delayed delivery.
Ben`je shall have no liabilities to you for any failure to deliver your purchase or any delay in delivery which is due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest, or any other event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If for any reason we cannot fulfill you order promptly, we will contact you with a predicted delivery date. If this unacceptable, you may cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.

Defective goods

Provided the returns procedure below is adhered to, customers will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
If goods are returned by customers who have not followed the returns procedure, and are subsequently found to be in working order, Ben'je reserves the right to charge the customer an additional fee for the dispatch of a replacement goods. Ben`je shall also be entitled to delay delivery until payment is received.
If you believe the goods you have received are faulty, please fax, write or email us.
We will email you back with an address to send the faulty goods to. It must be accompanied by a note showing your name, address, the date you placed your order. You must also inform us whether you wish to receive a replacement or a refund. Where a replacement is requested, we will make every attempt to supply you with a new Send a Kiss product.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order by informing us of this in writing to Send a Kiss by Ben`je any time up to SEVEN DAYS working days from the day after the day of delivery. You will be given an address to return the goods to, at your own expense. The product must arrive in an unused condition and be resalable.
Ben`je reserves the right to refuse refunds on products that do not arrive in the condition described above. We recommend you insure the goods you are returning.  It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods reach us in their original condition.
We will refund your money within 14 days of the receipt of goods or 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is earlier. All returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, address and the date you placed your order.
